Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily shift operations and track key operational metrics
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments — timely receipt, processing, and dispatch
• Conduct quality checks to ensure zero missing/damaged shipments
• Maintain MIS reports (Inbound, Outbound, RTO, NDR, Aging)
• Ensure maximum deliveries within TAT; monitor and reduce shipment aging
• Analyze NDR/RTO cases and coordinate with teams to bring percentages down
• Supervise and train operations/delivery staff on SOPs and quality standards
• Drive accountability within the team to hit business targets
• Ensure SOP adherence to minimize loss, damage, and errors
• Maintain a safe, organized workplace per company policy
• Communicate updates and process changes clearly to the team
• Coordinate with Customer Support, Line Haul, Sales, and Logistics
• (Senior level) Oversee multiple hubs/warehouses/locations

Who they want

Requirements

• 2+ years in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or supply chain
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, formulas)
• Solid grasp of shipment lifecycle, TAT, NDR, RTO, and operational KPIs
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
