The work

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective customers who may be interested in opening demat and trading accounts.
• Explain the account-opening process clearly and support prospects through the required steps.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, messages, referrals, and other approved remote outreach channels.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, follow-ups, and account-opening progress.
• Coordinate with the team remotely to improve lead quality and conversion while following applicable communication and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

This is a 3-month, part-time, work-from-home internship requiring approximately 1–2 hours per day. It is available remotely from anywhere in India. Earnings are commission-based, with an expected monthly payout range of ₹4,000 to ₹5,000 based on eligible account-opening performance. The role is designed to combine practical lead-generation experience with meaningful learning about finance and investment markets.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in personal finance, the stock market, mutual funds, investments, and money management.
• Willingness to learn financial products and apply structured sales and follow-up practices.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently from home toward account-opening targets.
• Availability for 1–2 hours per day on a part-time basis.
• Prior sales experience is helpful but not mandatory; motivated learners are welcome.
