The work

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective learners, institutions, partners, and other relevant leads through online channels.
• Support outreach campaigns using email, social media, messaging platforms, and other approved communication methods.
• Maintain accurate lead records, update tracking sheets or CRM entries, and organize follow-up information.
• Assist the team in qualifying leads based on defined criteria and sharing useful observations about prospect needs.
• Coordinate with marketing and business teams to improve outreach quality and conversion opportunities.
• Prepare basic reports on outreach activity, response rates, and lead status.

Requirements

This is a 2-month, remote, paid internship offering hands-on exposure to lead generation within an EdTech organization, with a monthly stipend ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹25,000.

• Open to freshers and college students who are interested in sales, marketing, communication, or the education technology space.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a willingness to engage professionally with prospects.
• Comfort with online research, spreadsheets, and common digital communication tools.
• Organized, proactive, dependable, and able to manage follow-ups independently in a remote environment.
• No prior professional experience is required; curiosity, consistency, and a willingness to learn are valued.
