Responsibilities of the Candidate

•

Implement software components and features based on provided designs, specifications, and guidance.

•

Collaborate effectively with other developers, QA, Product Owners, and Tech Leads.

  • Contribute to the development of reliable, maintainable, and secure code within the assigned scope.
  • Apply agreed coding standards, patterns, and best practices in daily development work.
  • Make basic technical decisions within assigned tasks, escalating questions or uncertainties when needed.
  • Seek feedback and guidance to continuously improve technical skills.
  • Actively learn the systems, tools, and technologies used by the team.
  • Contribute positively to team culture and shared ownership of outcomes

Requirements

•

Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

  • Proficiency in C# and the .NET platform
  • Working knowledge of Python or other scripting languages
  • Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts
  • Familiarity with device communication protocols such as MQTT, OPC-UA, or similar technologies
  • Experience using AI assisted coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot) responsibly, with full accountability for code quality, security, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
