The work

What You'll Do

As an Investor Relations Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that High Net Worth Investors (HNIs) receive an exceptional customer experience by helping them understand investment products and resolving their queries professionally.

The work

Your responsibilities include

• Handle inbound investor queries through WhatsApp, Emails, and Phone Calls.
• Explain the structure and features of various investment products in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with investors through professional communication.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal Product and Marketing teams by sharing customer feedback and actionable insights.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for investors throughout their investment journey.
