VOICE OF THE WILD is hiring for Hackathon Coordinator Intern About the Company VOICE OF THE WILD is creating opportunities for students to learn through meaningful, collaborative experiences. This internship will support the planning and delivery of hackathons that bring together aspiring builders, mentors, judges, and partner communities. Responsibilities • Coordinate hackathon schedules, registrations, announcements, and participant communications. • Assist with planning virtual activities and coordinate onsite arrangements in Tamil Nadu whenever required. • Work with mentors, judges, speakers, and internal stakeholders to keep event activities on track. • Track participant queries, submissions, attendance, and operational updates using clear documentation. • Support outreach to student communities and help create an engaging, well-organized participant experience. Requirements • Currently pursuing an engineering or related technical programme. • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. • Interest in student communities, technology events, innovation, or hackathons. • Comfort working remotely and being available for occasional onsite requirements in Tamil Nadu when necessary. • No prior work experience is required; enthusiasm, ownership, and reliability are valued. This is a 12-week paid internship with a monthly stipend of ₹5,000–₹10,000. The role is intended for students based in Tamil Nadu and offers practical exposure to event coordination, community engagement, and technology-focused programme execution.
