The Brand Theory is hiring a Graphic Designer Intern! About the Company: The Brand Theory is a social media marketing agency that helps brands build distinctive identities and engaging digital communities. The team works across creative strategy, content, and visual communication to deliver impactful campaigns for modern audiences. Responsibilities: • Create visually engaging graphics for social media posts, stories, campaigns, and digital marketing assets. • Work with the content and marketing teams to translate ideas and campaign briefs into effective designs. • Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency. • Research current design trends and contribute fresh visual ideas for client and agency projects. • Incorporate feedback, manage assigned design tasks, and meet agreed timelines while working remotely. Requirements: • Suitable for freshers and candidates restarting their careers in graphic design. • A strong interest in social media marketing, branding, and visual storytelling. • Basic familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software. • A creative mindset, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to communicate clearly in a remote work environment. • Applicants should be comfortable building or sharing a portfolio of academic, personal, freelance, or sample design work. This is a 3-month paid internship with a monthly stipend of ₹1,000–₹2,000. The role is fully remote and offers practical exposure to creative work within a social media marketing agency.
