What you'd actually be doing

• End-to-End Ticket Ownership (Primary Focus): Own tickets from problem understanding all the way to feature shipping, ensuring a tight, reliable engineering process that delivers value to major brands.
• Full-Stack Feature Building: Build, scale, and maintain features across both the frontend and backend stack.
• Debugging & Optimization: Debug and optimize production systems to ensure maximum performance, reliability, and speed.
• Collaboration & Adaptation: Collaborate closely with product and design teams while continuously learning and adapting to evolving technology stacks.

By Outcome

30 days: Quick ramp-up on the codebase, active ownership of initial tickets, and adherence to reliable engineering workflows.

60 days: Consistent shipping of full-stack features, proactive debugging of production environments, and tight cross-functional collaboration with product and design.

90 days: Autonomous end-to-end delivery of complex features, performance optimizations in production, and seamless adaptation to the evolving tech stack.
