The work

Responsibilities

• Learn and support the process and policy framework for home loans, business loans, project funding and related lending products.
• Understand documentation, eligibility checks, customer information, case coordination and operational workflows across the lending ecosystem.
• Assist the operations team with organizing application information, tracking cases and coordinating with relevant internal or external stakeholders under supervision.
• Build familiarity with fintech channel-partner operations, professional communication and responsible handling of customer and financial information.
• Complete the assigned fintech certification covering lending product processes and policies.

Compensation: Paid stipend of ₹6,000 per month for a 3-month internship. Successful interns may be considered for job opportunities after completion, subject to performance and organizational requirements.

• Applicants should be graduates or pursuing/completed qualifications such as B.Com, M.Com, BBA or MBA.
• No prior work experience is required; a genuine interest in fintech, lending, banking operations and financial services is important.
• Good communication, willingness to learn, basic computer proficiency and attention to detail are expected.
• The internship is based in Lucknow and is suitable for candidates seeking practical exposure to lending operations and financial-product services.
