As a Finance Systems Analyst focused on integrations and automation, you’ll support the Finance Systems team in building, maintaining, and testing Application Programming Interface (API) integrations across core financial applications. You’ll work closely with senior Finance Systems team members to keep financial platforms communicating reliably, ensure automations run as expected, and document integration testing thoroughly in this hands-on, technically oriented role at the intersection of finance operations and systems engineering. By improving the reliability of financial data flows, you’ll contribute to 1Password’s mission of making it safer to use technology every day.

What we're looking for

• Build a foundation in technical work involving Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), integrations, automation, or related systems.
• Work with Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) data.
• Write or adapt scripts in Python, JavaScript, or another programming language, and apply sound technical logic across different tools and platforms.
• Create and execute test cases for integrations and automated workflows, including edge cases, error handling, and retry logic.
• Learn unfamiliar systems and technologies independently, using research and available tools to solve problems effectively.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners to understand requirements and explain solutions.
• Document integrations, test results, and workflows clearly; experience with financial systems, NetSuite, Workato, Postman, or similar tools is helpful.
