About the role

Omnicom Global Solutions is hiring for the role of Finance Operations Associate!

The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Ensure accurate and timely issuance of client invoices by checking entries in finance software (Media Ocean or ERP) against media plans and vendor invoices.
  • Handle accounts payable (AP) processing of vendor/supplier invoices, check for budget alignment, key invoices into the system, and submit proper documentation.
  • Prepare WIP, billing, media actualization, and forex reconciliation reports for assigned clients.
  • Guide and support the Intercompany coordinator in monthly reporting, SOA preparation, JV postings, and intercompany recharges/billings.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects related to operations, systems, and internal controls as required.

  • Education: Graduate in Commerce / Accounting.
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of Accounts Payable/Receivable experience.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting and AP/AR processes, with proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
