Responsibilities

• Interact with customers through calls, messages, and in-person conversations to understand their needs.
• Explain relevant automotive products, services, offers, and processes clearly and accurately.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers and support lead conversion.
• Record customer information, enquiries, interactions, and follow-up updates in the designated system.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure timely responses.
• Collect feedback and share recurring customer concerns with the appropriate team.
