Requirements

  • Proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar quick design and video editing tools is a plus
  • Strong portfolio of social media, ad, short-form video or brand design work (student and academic projects are welcome)
  • Good understanding of what makes content work on mobile: a strong hook in the first seconds, clear copy, and visual hierarchy
  • Strong typographic and layout skills, with high attention to detail
  • Comfort with motion graphics and basic video editing, including captions, transitions and sound
  • Good sense of social media culture, trends and platform-specific formats
  • Ability to produce a high volume of work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity about data: willingness to learn from performance results and iterate
  • Strong collaboration and organisation skills, with the ability to take feedback well
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Available to work from the Office
