Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, activities, and operational requirements for assigned initiatives.
• Support communication between participants, organizers, institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with planning and executing events, meetings, workshops, and related activities.
• Maintain accurate records, attendance details, schedules, and coordination updates.
• Track ongoing tasks and follow up with relevant stakeholders to support timely completion.
• Identify coordination challenges and assist in resolving routine operational issues.
• Prepare updates, reports, notices, and other coordination-related communications.
• Gather feedback from participants and share relevant observations with the team.
• Support the team with administrative and organizational activities as required.
