The work

Responsibilities of the Intern

• Represent UrbanScholar Innovations within college and student communities.
• Promote career-focused programmes through campus networks and social media.
• Collaborate with student clubs, campus representatives and peer networks.
• Guide interested students, respond to initial queries and support registrations.
• Suggest fresh campaign ideas and track outreach activity and results.

Who they want

Requirements

This is a 2-month remote internship with a monthly performance-based stipend ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000. The maximum amount is target-linked and is not guaranteed; payout terms and calculation criteria will be shared before joining. Interns will receive practical exposure to marketing, outreach and business development, along with mentorship from the UrbanScholar Innovations team. A completion certificate will be provided upon successful completion, and outstanding performers may receive a letter of recommendation. There is no application or participation fee, and no programme purchase is required.

• Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from any academic stream.
• Freshers are welcome; previous internship experience is not required.
• Strong communication, networking and initiative-taking abilities.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment and engaging with student communities.
