The work

Responsibilities

  • Connect with students and prospective customers through calls and other approved communication channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses based on their interests and needs.
  • Manage assigned leads, maintain accurate follow-up records, and conduct timely follow-ups.
  • Guide interested prospects through the enrollment journey and contribute to lead conversion.
  • Work toward assigned sales and enrollment targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and collaborate with the sales and business development team.
