The work

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners through calls, messages, and digital communication channels.
• Understand learner goals and recommend relevant Skillumni programs.
• Explain program features, outcomes, enrollment steps, and value propositions clearly.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain accurate interaction records.
• Support the sales team in meeting outreach and conversion goals.
• Share insights about learner questions, objections, and market feedback with the team.

Requirements

This is a paid, full-time internship for 4 months. The stipend is ₹17,000 per month, with additional incentives of ₹10,000 based on applicable performance terms. The role provides hands-on exposure to sales conversations, learner engagement, follow-ups, and business growth in the fast-moving edtech sector.

• Freshers interested in sales, business development, counselling, or the edtech industry are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with a confident, learner-friendly approach.
• Willingness to learn consultative selling, lead management, and customer engagement.
• A proactive, organized, and target-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with digital communication tools.
• The selected candidate will work from the Skillumni office in Bangalore.
