GitLab is hiring for the role of Associate Revenue Operations Manager!

The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Support cross-functional annual planning activities related to territory carving and deployment in Salesforce for the APJ region.
Maintain and document territory operations processes, runbooks, and onboarding materials for APJ stakeholders.
Respond to account routing questions from the APJ field and support recurring territory reporting and ad hoc analysis for sales leadership.
Assist the Sales Systems team on automation improvements and support data hygiene/enrichment for APJ accounts using tools like ZoomInfo, RingLead, and D&B.

1–2 years of experience in an operations, analytics, business support, or CRM-adjacent role (sales operations experience is welcome).
Working familiarity with Salesforce and comfortable working with spreadsheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
Strong attention to detail, clear written communication skills in asynchronous settings, and a collaborative approach.
