Responsibilities of the Intern

  • This internship focuses on using data analysis and digital tools to improve administrative planning, document management and monitoring of works related processes. Interns will help identify opportunities to bring together structured records, analyse historic trends, reduce repetitive manual tasks, improve consistency and generate clearer management information. The project will examine methods for data validation, comparison, prioritisation, visualisation and evidence based forecasting using authorised and suitably sanitised information. Selected candidates may assist with prototype dashboards, automated checks, spreadsheet or database workflows, and summaries that support timely decision making. The internship is particularly suitable for students interested in business intelligence, analytics, statistics, applied data science, software development or digital transformation. Strong analytical thinking, documentation and an ability to understand user requirements are important. The scope concerns administrative efficiency and software processes no restricted infrastructure, location specific or operational details are required for this public advertisement.
