Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Prepare routine financial reports and statements.
  • Enter and reconcile accounting data in the general ledger.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Process invoices and manage vendor payments.
  • Conduct basic financial analysis.
  • Maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for internal and external audits.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Support the implementation of accounting systems and tools.
  • Assist senior accountants in special projects as needed.
