Interview Readiness Associate
A free Interview Preparation course from insiderOne University, in English, that takes about 2 hours. Answer the questions you will actually be asked, with evidence. It ends in one assessed project. The course and the certificate are free. Anyone can verify the certificate at its own link, without an account.

What you will be able to do
- Map each round of a fresher hiring process to what it is really testing
- Write a one page research note on a company and role in a single evening
- Deliver a 60 to 90 second answer to tell me about yourself, built on evidence
- Build a bank of six to eight STAR stories with real numbers in them
- Work a CTC down to in-hand pay and write a polite negotiation message
- Write a thank-you note, a follow-up and a reply to a rejection that keeps the door open

Your interview at Anvaya
Your 90 second answer to tell me about yourself, two full STAR answers to the two behavioural questions you judge most likely (naming each question), your answer to why Anvaya, and three questions you would ask the interviewer.
About 125 minutes in total.
Two levels
Finish the units and the project and you get the Certificate of Completion. Pass the live skill challenge on Interview Skills at Practitioner level or above and it becomes a Verified Certificate, which anyone you send it to can check for themselves.
Questions
What does it cost?
Nothing. The course and the certificate are free, and so is verifying it.
Can an employer check it?
Yes. Every certificate has its own page, and the code printed on it resolves there without anyone needing an account.
Do I need any experience?
No. These are written for students and people in their first job, and they assume nothing.
What do I actually walk away with?
The certificate, and the piece of work you made for the project. That goes into your insiderOne profile as a proof item, private until you choose to show it.
