The work

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms, campaigns, presentations, and internal communication.
• Organize footage, select suitable takes, synchronize audio, add transitions, and maintain consistent visual quality.
• Apply color correction, sound adjustments, motion elements, captions, and branding guidelines where required.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing stakeholders to understand briefs and deliver revisions promptly.
• Manage project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow while meeting agreed deadlines.

Requirements

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Kaithal, Haryana, with compensation ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month depending on experience and capability.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in video editing or a related creative production role.
• Proficiency with professional video editing software and a good understanding of formats, codecs, audio, and export settings.
• A strong eye for pacing, composition, storytelling, and visual detail.
• Ability to interpret feedback, work independently, and manage multiple deliverables responsibly.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant editing work will be valued.
