As a UI/UX Design Intern, you will contribute to live product and marketing experiences while working closely with the Tech Head, front-end development, and marketing teams.

The work

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for the white-label platform, including partner dashboards, order flows, and customer journeys.
• Collaborate with the front-end developer by preparing developer-ready files, answering implementation questions, and reviewing shipped interfaces against approved designs.
• Work with the marketing team on rbpfinivis.com and campaign landing pages, balancing brand consistency, clarity, usability, and conversion.
• Help build and maintain a practical design system covering components, colours, typography, spacing, and reusable patterns across technology and marketing.
• Design mobile-first, responsive, and accessible layouts for web experiences.
• Run quick usability checks, gather feedback, and improve designs using qualitative input and available product or campaign data.

Requirements

This is a six-month, remote internship with one opening and a monthly stipend of ₹12,000. The standard working schedule is Monday to Friday, reporting to the Tech Head. You will gain shipped work on a live fintech product, close exposure to engineering and marketing collaboration, a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and consideration for a full-time opportunity based on performance.

• A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work across websites, applications, dashboards, or related digital products; case studies are preferred.
• Strong Figma capability, including auto layout, components, prototyping, and design handoff.
• A working understanding of user flows, information hierarchy, interaction design, and usability principles.
• Comfort collaborating with developers and communicating design decisions clearly.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is helpful but not mandatory.
• An eye for clean, trustworthy visual design; fintech or dashboard experience is an advantage.
