The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

• Lead incident and problem resolution for complex network issues using Cisco LAN/WAN, Wireless WLAN, and SDWAN technologies, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to SLAs.
• Oversee network operations by monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing network performance with Cisco Prime, DNA Center, and SDWAN management platforms, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Architect and implement advanced network changes and upgrades using Cisco IOS, Catalyst, and Meraki solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational and client requirements.
• Mentor and guide the support team in troubleshooting, escalation management, and adoption of best practices for Cisco networking technologies and SDWAN.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into actionable network operations strategies using Cisco and SDWAN toolsets.
• Drive process innovation by evaluating emerging Cisco networking and SDWAN technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and security.
• Ensure robust documentation, knowledge transfer, and transparent communication of network operations policies and procedures across teams.
