The work

Responsibilities

  • Connect with students through college networks and student communities.
  • Share official updates about internships, training programmes, and career opportunities.
  • Help interested students understand programme details and registration procedures.
  • Support engagement and outreach activities through WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
  • Maintain basic outreach and registration updates.
  • Coordinate with the remote team on outreach initiatives and assigned activities.

What you get

Compensation

  • Performance-based stipend of ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month, subject to defined performance criteria and applicable terms. An additional incentive of ₹250 may be provided for each verified successful registration, subject to the organisation's incentive policy.
  • These components are performance-linked and are not guaranteed fixed payments.
  • Benefits:
  • Internship offer letter, completion certificate upon successful completion, and a Letter of Recommendation based on performance and eligibility, all subject to applicable organisational procedures. Selected interns may receive access to eligible opportunities offered by the organisation.
  • A potential Pre-Placement Offer may be considered based on performance and available opportunities; it is not guaranteed.
