The work

Roles and Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential sponsors and strategic partners aligned with the foundation’s initiatives.
• Support the development of sponsorship and partnership proposals, presentations, and outreach materials.
• Assist in initiating and maintaining communication with prospective sponsors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and engagement activities with potential and existing partners.
• Maintain organized records of partnership discussions, contacts, proposals, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand partnership requirements and support outreach planning.
• Contribute ideas for sponsorship packages, collaboration opportunities, and partner engagement activities.
• Track outreach progress and prepare updates on sponsorship and partnership development activities.
• Support the execution of partnership-related initiatives and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Document key communications, learnings, and outcomes to support continuous improvement in partnership efforts.
