About the role
Unisys is hiring for the role of Service Introduction Consultant!
The work
•
Facilitate discovery workshops, orientation sessions, and rapid value assessments.
•
Work with client and delivery teams to understand business objectives, operational maturity, requirements, risks, and readiness.
•
Gather, analyze, and validate information from stakeholders, documentation, and operational data sources.
•
Establish current-state baselines and identify opportunities for improvement.
•
Act as the primary consulting interface between customers, delivery teams, and solution stakeholders.
•
Support introduction of new services, operating models, and service management capabilities.
•
Develop practical recommendations that align business goals with operational requirements.
Who they want
•
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Technology, Service Management, or a related discipline.
•
Experience in consulting, service introduction, transition, transformation, operational readiness, or IT service management environments.
•
Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and presentation skills.
•
Experience preparing executive reports, recommendations, and roadmap documentation.
•
Ability to work in international, customer-facing, and matrix organizations.
