Recruiter Internship

About the Company Peoplever is seeking a motivated Recruiter Intern to support its talent acquisition efforts in a remote work environment. This six-month internship offers practical exposure to recruitment operations and includes the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer based on performance and business requirements. The role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in human resources and hiring. Responsibilities • Source potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels. • Review applications, maintain candidate records, and assist with initial screening against role requirements. • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Support recruiters with follow-ups, recruitment trackers, database updates, and status reporting. • Help improve sourcing quality and contribute to a smooth, timely candidate experience. Requirements • 0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment, human resources, coordination, or a related area; freshers are welcome. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and responsive approach. • Good organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and willingness to learn. • Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, online research, and digital communication tools. • Ability to work independently from home while collaborating effectively with a distributed team. The selected intern will receive a monthly stipend of ₹2,000 to ₹10,000. The internship duration is six months, and strong performers may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer.
