The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Process claims, handle incoming and outgoing calls, and take appropriate actions as per process guidelines and US healthcare standards.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction ratings through TAT and quality standards based on client SLAs.
  • Resolve customer issues through review, investigation, adjustment, remittance, or claim denial utilizing company policies.
  • Keep customer records updated by accurately inputting data into company platforms.
  • Mentor and coach new members of the team based on business requirements.

Requirements

  • Education: Any Graduate.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of RCM-AP/AR (Voice) experience.
  • Mandatory Skills: Exceptional customer/client interaction skills, ability to manage client escalations and advocacy, and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with US healthcare (ERISA/HIPAA), strong communication skills in English, good analytical capabilities, and computer literacy.
