Key Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft Partner and Alliance Management activities.
• Track partner initiatives, action items, and business opportunities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and alliance-related documentation.
• Assist in analyzing partner business models and mapping business processes.
• Research Microsoft solutions, cloud offerings, programs, incentives, and partner initiatives.
• Support preparation of proposals, solution mapping, and client presentations.
• Assist consultants in identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records across Excel, Teams, CRM, and partner management tools.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support planning and execution of Microsoft alliance campaigns, webinars, and events.
• Stay updated on developments across the Microsoft Partner ecosystem.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of business processes and basic consulting concepts.
• Ability to analyze workflows, document requirements, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Foundational understanding of cloud computing and solution architecture.
• Exposure to Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, or Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with CRM or partner management tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to work.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interested in Microsoft Alliances, Partner Management, Consulting, and Cloud Technologies.
• Looking to start or restart a career in the technology consulting ecosystem.
• A fresher or professional with up to 1.5 years of experience.
• Curious, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to work on real-world business challenges.
• Comfortable working in a full-time, on-site environment in Ahmedabad.
