The work

Responsibilities

• Assist with mechanical design, drafting, engineering calculations, and preparation of technical documentation.
• Support the evaluation of components, materials, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of mechanical problems.
• Maintain accurate project records and follow applicable safety, quality, and engineering standards.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Rajkot, Gujarat, with an annual compensation range of ₹2.4–3 LPA.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Suitable for candidates with 0–1 years of experience, including fresh graduates.
• Sound understanding of engineering mechanics, manufacturing fundamentals, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, learn relevant design tools, and communicate clearly with team members.
• Strong analytical approach, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and commitment to completing work responsibly.
