About the Company Codesharks Technologies Private Limited is building engaging digital products and is looking for energetic campus-focused talent to help expand awareness and user adoption of its app. This internship offers practical exposure to field marketing, community outreach, and customer engagement in a fast-moving technology environment. Responsibilities • Visit colleges, cafes, student communities, and other relevant local venues to promote the app. • Explain the app’s value proposition clearly and encourage potential users to download and try it. • Coordinate on-ground promotional activities, campus interactions, and small outreach initiatives. • Gather feedback from students and venue visitors and share useful observations with the marketing team. • Maintain basic daily activity updates, lead information, and campaign progress reports. Requirements • Currently pursuing the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of college, or a recent graduate who passed out within the last two years. • Strong communication skills, confidence in speaking with new people, and a proactive approach to field work. • Interest in marketing, promotions, community building, or startup environments. • Comfort with travelling locally to colleges, cafes, and other outreach locations in Bangalore. • Prior experience is not mandatory; enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to learn are important. This is a one-month, full-time, in-office internship based in Bangalore with a stipend of ₹20,000 per month. The role is best suited to candidates who enjoy meeting people, working independently in the field, and contributing directly to app growth.
