Job Title: Senior Manager - Finance

The work

Job responsibilities

 Responsible for MIS, accounting, and handling end-to-end P&L reporting and bringing in automations wherever required.

 Perform variance analysis for revenue and expenses and state the reasons for variance.

 Prepare schedule, aging, financial disclosures and reporting to stakeholders on a timely basis.

 Assist in Implementation of internal financial control and accounting policies.

 Responsible for improving/ implementing processes by having a good understanding of the business and a good understanding of underlying data

 Responsible for end-to-end co-ordination on Due diligence, internal audit and statutory audit assignments.

 Responsible for managing account receivables and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Also

Desired Candidates

 CA with 5 to 8 years of experience in the Finance process.

 Experience working within a start-up environment is highly desirable

 Knowledge of Financials and basic understanding of MIS.

 Basic knowledge of taxation such as GST, Income Tax, Financial reporting and data mining tools such as Oracle, Finly, Navision, Tally, etc.

 Exposure and knowledge of statutory and tax audits is desirable.

 Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
