TMF Group is hiring for the role of Junior Accounting Executive!

The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Assist in recording day-to-day accounting transactions in the accounting system and support invoice verification/documentation.
  • Maintain and organize accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Assist with bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations, as well as routine accounting schedules and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect accounting-related information, track outstanding invoices, and perform follow-ups.
  • Support month-end closing activities by preparing basic reconciliations, filing statutory/financial documents, and participating in data cleanup.

  • Graduation degree or equivalent in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong academic understanding of accounting concepts, bookkeeping principles, and basic numerical/analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a strong learning mindset and collaborative attitude.
