​About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, research-driven, and detail-oriented Lead Generation Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about market research, prospect identification, data organization, and building the initial pipeline for business growth.

​As a Lead Generation Intern, you will get hands-on experience in searching for prospective clients, analyzing target markets, managing outreach channels, and building targeted lead databases while directly supporting our sales and business development strategies.

The work

​Key Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted online research to identify high-potential business prospects, industries, and candidate pools.
• Find and gather contact details of decision-makers through LinkedIn, web directories, social media, and professional databases.
• Build, clean, update, and manage organized lists of verified leads using Google Sheets or MS Excel.
• Assist in initiating initial contact through customized messages, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Screen and qualify prospects based on specific criteria to ensure high-quality leads for the Business Development team.
• Gather data on competitors, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities.
• Maintain daily/weekly logs of leads generated, response rates, and data accuracy metrics.
• Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to continuously refine targeting strategies and outreach templates.
• Meet assigned daily and weekly lead generation quotas.
• ​Take full ownership of research assignments and deliver quality lead data within deadlines.
