About the Company SRs Adyapan Edutech Private Limited (Adyapan School) is an education-focused organization working to make learning more accessible and engaging for students. The team is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Intern to support outreach and contribute to the growth of its learner and customer network through structured, thoughtful communication. Responsibilities • Identify and research prospective students, parents, institutions, and other relevant leads using approved online sources. • Maintain accurate lead records and update contact information, status, follow-ups, and outcomes. • Reach out to prospects through suitable channels, introduce relevant offerings, understand initial requirements, and share qualified opportunities with the appropriate team. • Conduct regular follow-ups, track responses, and provide concise updates on lead-generation progress. • Support basic market research and suggest new approaches for reaching potential learners across Tamil Nadu. Requirements • Applicants must be currently enrolled college students who have not yet graduated. • Good verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Tamil is an advantage for outreach in Tamil Nadu. • Comfort with internet research, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and organized record-keeping. • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, consistency with follow-ups, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setup. • No prior professional experience is required; enthusiasm and reliable execution are valued. This is a paid, full-time remote internship for three months, offering a monthly stipend of ₹15,000–₹25,000. The intern will gain practical exposure to lead research, communication, customer engagement, and education-sector growth activities while working closely with the Adyapan School team.
