The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Design autonomous workflows and automated IT processes by leveraging AI coding tools, Python/Bash scripting, and API integrations.
  • Shift JML lifecycles (employee onboarding, Okta/SCIM provisioning, and access reviews) from ticket-driven processes to policy-driven automation.
  • Programmatically maintain SaaS inventories, manage fleet MDM, and automate OS patching and compliance evidence generation for SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
  • Deliver Tier 1/2 support, standardize IT runbooks, and advise internal stakeholders on tool administration and licensing.
