Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Administer benefit schemes for client employees, generate reports on member activity, and respond to queries from members, providers, and clients.
  • Provide high-quality administration support for internal and external clients by becoming proficient in processing, checking, and tool usage.
  • Identify process issues, drive solutions, implement changes to documentation, and participate in new client implementations.
  • Maintain required technical knowledge, behavioral standards, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
