About the role

The HR Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment trackers. The role will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment operations and hiring processes while assisting the HR team in fulfilling open positions across departments. Based on performance, the intern may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). Roles and Responsibilities • Assist the HR team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. • Perform initial resume screening as per job requirements. • Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups. • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases using MS Excel. • Support the HR team in job postings and candidate communications. • Maintain candidate records and documentation. • Support the team in daily recruitment operations and reporting.
