Responsibilities of the Intern: • Draft, format, and publish job descriptions on company websites, job boards, and social media platforms • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements • Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, and send meeting invitations • Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates, offers, and application status • Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation • Prepare welcome kits and employee identification documents • Update employee information, contracts, and records in the HRIS • Support background verification and document verification processes • Assist in planning and organizing company events, team-building activities, and training programs • Schedule employee feedback sessions and maintain meeting notes • Review and format employee handbooks, company policies, and internal documents
