The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Coordinate HR operating rhythms, governance activities, recurring leadership forums, and PMO operations (portfolio administration, reporting, and prioritization).
  • Support the planning and execution of strategic HR initiatives, programs, and deliverables.
  • Prepare presentations, updates, communications, and executive-ready materials for stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, templates, and ways of working.
  • Track action items, milestones, risks, and project deliverables while assisting with status updates and project documentation.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience through internships, university projects, volunteering, event coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Project management coursework or certification, along with exposure to HR, business operations, or global teamwork.
  • Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
