About the Role

Toliday Trip Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Hotel Onboarding Executives to expand its hotel partner network across India. The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying potential hotels and accommodation businesses and getting them registered/onboarded with Toliday Trip.

The work

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential hotels, resorts, homestays, guest houses and other accommodation providers across India.
• Contact hotel owners/managers through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
• Explain the benefits and registration process of listing their property with Toliday Trip.
• Complete the hotel registration/onboarding process as per company requirements.
• Assist hotel partners in submitting required property details and documents.
• Follow up with interested hotels and convert leads into registered partners.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and successful registrations.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly onboarding targets.
• Submit regular work and performance reports to the reporting manager.

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, email and Google Sheets/MS Excel.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.

• Graduate / Undergraduate / MBA / BBA / B.Com students can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, business development, travel or hospitality will be preferred.
• Candidates must have a smartphone and reliable internet connection.
