The work

Responsibilities

• Design professional visual assets including logos, banners, posters, social media posts, marketing collateral, and presentation materials.
• Develop thoughtful color palettes, typography systems, layouts, and visual directions that support brand identity and communication goals.
• Create user interface and user experience designs for digital products, maintaining clarity, usability, and visual consistency.
• Produce and edit video content for social media, campaigns, and other digital communication needs.
• Design mascots, characters, illustrations, and other original visual elements when required.
• Work with stakeholders to understand briefs, propose creative directions, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
• Maintain organized editable source files and ensure consistency with brand guidelines across multiple formats and channels.

Who they want

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design or a closely related role; freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome.
• Professional design capability across logo design, banners, posters, social media creatives, color palettes, typography, and visual composition.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to create clear, engaging digital interfaces and user experiences.
• Video-making or video-editing skills, along with experience creating content for digital and social media platforms.
• Ability to create mascots, characters, illustrations, and distinctive visual concepts.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, layout, typography, and design problem-solving.
• Proficiency with relevant tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, video-editing software, or comparable applications.
• 3D modeling and animation experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, time management, and the ability to work independently with a remote team.
