The work

Responsibilities

Work closely with the founders and operations teams to turn ambiguous business needs into reliable products.
Build and improve the web platform, responsive user experiences and internal operations dashboard.
Develop rider databases, onboarding workflows, order management, tracking, payout and billing systems.
Create MIS and operational dashboards, automate repetitive processes and integrate third-party APIs.
Contribute to the future roadmap, including rider applications, client dashboards, allocation systems, logistics APIs and notification workflows.
Own the complete product lifecycle from problem discovery and architecture through deployment, debugging and iteration.

Requirements

This is a high-ownership 0-to-1 opportunity for a builder who wants to shape technology strategy and directly influence how a logistics business operates and scales.

2–5 years of professional software development experience, with strong full-stack engineering fundamentals.
Practical experience with frontend and backend development, databases, APIs, Git and cloud platforms.
Exposure to technologies such as React or Next.js, Node.js or Python, PostgreSQL or SQL, REST APIs, AWS, GCP, Vercel, Supabase or mobile frameworks is valuable.
Ability to make pragmatic technology decisions, build independently and avoid unnecessary over-engineering.
Strong ownership, debugging ability and comfort working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
Experience in logistics, mobility, SaaS, marketplaces, fleet management or other operational businesses is a plus.
