The work

Responsibilities

  • Research and structure real business problems across strategy, growth, marketing, operations, AI, and new initiatives.
  • Develop practical recommendations, presentations, and action plans based on analysis.
  • Support small projects from problem definition through implementation and follow-up.
  • Use Excel or Google Sheets to organise information, analyse data, and communicate insights.
  • Work directly with the founder and collaborate on initiatives that improve business performance.

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or PGDM from a strong Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.
  • Strong analytical, structured-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with good presentation skills.
  • Comfort with Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
  • High ownership, curiosity, reliability, and willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
  • Prior work experience is a plus but is not mandatory.
