The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

• Manage multiple Middle Office and Regulatory support processes.
• Independently handle multiple clients and establish yourself as a valued partner.
• Build domain expertise across supported processes.
• Assist in speedy remediation of issues, implement process improvements, and build or enhance controls to prevent future escalations.
• Participate in Middle Office and group-level initiatives.
• Ensure process documentation is maintained and kept updated at all times.
• Monitor and capture overall data and its status from various global functional teams.
• Collaborate with teams to execute tasks within defined timelines while maintaining high-quality standards and service levels.

Requirements

• Graduation in B.Com, BBA, BBM, or BCA / Post Graduation in M.Com, MBA, or PGDM.
• 0–2 years of experience in Trade Life Cycle.
• Basic knowledge of finance, trade life cycle, investment banking, and derivatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate information effectively.
• Strong logical and quantitative abilities to derive information from data.
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of capital markets and derivatives.
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with teams.
• Proactive approach and willingness to take responsibility beyond assigned work areas.
