The company is hiring for the role of Engineer (EHR Support)!

The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EHR applications and collect required information to create new users, medical departments, and providers.
  • Enter requisite data to build out medical practices and maintain supporting documentation within the EHR.
  • Enable and maintain application configuration for Electronic Prescriptions for Controlled Substances (EPCS) and support HIPAA compliance by running audits.
  • Document, track, and resolve or escalate incident-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Work in US shifts (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM) and perform other duties as assigned.

  • 2+ years of prior work experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) products in U.S. healthcare.
  • Good communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
