The work

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational activities across learner, content, and platform workflows.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track tasks, resolve process gaps, and maintain timely execution.
  • Monitor operational data, prepare basic reports, and keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with learner or partner queries and ensure issues are routed to the right stakeholders.
  • Identify recurring problems and suggest practical improvements to operating processes.

  • Strong organization, communication, follow-through, and attention to detail.
