Data Analyst Project Intern

ByteDance India Private Limited is hiring for the role of Data Analyst Project Intern! Responsibilities of the Intern: • Responsible for timely reporting for responsible business line • Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team • Develop a strong MIS framework to allow for smooth functioning of operations • Preparing reports based on analysis and presenting to management • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques • Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality • Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Requirements: • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation. • Advanced proficiency in Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build and use complex formulas. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Preferred Qualifications • Experience creating impactful and meaningful reports, dashboards, and insights on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. • Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
