The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Act as the assistant lead data manager for assigned projects, supporting lead data managers in study setup, data cleaning, and database close-out.
  • Coordinate data cleaning tasks, delegate activities to data management staff, deliver study-specific training to junior associates, and ensure timelines/quality standards are met.
  • Assist with database specifications, database build, and user acceptance testing (UAT) during edit check development.
  • Monitor study metrics, track risks to deadlines, create project documentation, and run project-specific status reports for management and clients.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with clinical data while adhering to regulatory guidelines, SOPs, and client expectations.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in clinical data management or clinical research.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills with good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work productively with minimal supervision, set and meet timelines, and train/direct junior team members.
